Sometimes you want something that little bit extra special and whilst all our Shakes are very special, we do have some menu items that add a spot of sophistication to the mix.
The most important part of the Shake process is the Shakeology and that process involves you! Choose a main ingredient from our menu - it could be your favourite dark chocolate bar or something nutty perhaps? If you are looking for ultimate sophistication, we can blend a complementary flavour such as a natural syrup into your Shake. Adding cream, toppings or sauces will give you the opportunity for some seriously sophisticated slurping!
So, if it's a more sophisticated Shake recipe that you're after, look no further than Green & Black's Organic Dark Chocolate for inspiration. Ethically sourced, velvety smooth chocolate makes a super-flavoured Milkshake on its own but try adding Cherry Syrup and top with Cream and White Chocolate Sauce! The creamy cocoa butter in the sauce creates a sweet and delicate finish. Perfection! A regular favourite is Green & Black's with Baileys Fudge and Irish Cream syrup, topped with Cream and Dark Chocolate Flakes...
Another excellent main flavour ingredient is Terry's Chocolate Orange with its delicious segments of milk chocolate flavoured with the essence of real juicy oranges. Add orange-flavoured fudge coated with a layer of chocolate for a dreamy creamy Shake.
If you fancy something with a little more crunch for your Shake of Sophistication, then it has to be Ferrero Rocher...creamy, crunchy wafer with a hazelnut filling. Our Shakeologists carefully remove those famous golden wrappers from each one and swirl the Ferrero Rochers in the blender with milk and ice cream. Mmmm.
For something with a little more zing, an After Eight Mint Shake is a posh treat. The classic after dinner mint is often enjoyed with coffee and we can add a little coffee essence with an After Eight Mint on top (for sophisticated nibbling of course). If chocolate and mint flavours are your idea of heaven, a Shake combination with After Eights, Mint Aero and Mint Matchmakers will take you to minty chocolate heaven!
And, if puddings are more your thing, choose a combination that tastes like the classiest of classic desserts. Create an Eton Mess-inspired Milkshake with Meringue, Raspberry Sauce, Cream and ice cream or try our take on Millionaire's Shortcake in a Shake with Cadbury's Caramel, Shortbread Biscuits and Toffee or Chocolate Sauce. Any takers for our Red Velvet Cheesecake Shake idea, with its base of Crushed Oreo Biscuits?
Now it's time to talk toppings! Amaretti Crumb, Chocolate Sprinkles, Diced Caramel pieces, Dark Chocolate Flakes, Mini Marshmallows... the toppings and sauces on our menu will give your Shake a finishing touch of sophistication. Enjoy!
Every year, we think about introducing Hot Shakes. The Shakeologists spend time dreaming up delicious recipes then at the very last hurdle...we just cannot find a speedy and safe way to get the milk for our Hot Shakes hot enough! But
We love a retro inspired treat and it turns out we have some seriously retro flavours on our menu (we didn't realise how old some sweet treats actually are!). Take the Wham Bar, it makes a fruity zingy Shake (particularly good
What happens if you can't tolerate dairy and you want a Shake? For little kids (and big kids), Shakes are often a favourite treat but milk products can cause serious tummy upsets, allergies or other reactions. Did you know we
You might wonder why we introduced our Fruit Fusion range when we are already well known for our 'Shakeylicious' Milkshake treats. Well, we have all been encouraged to think more about what we eat and drink and there is much
