Shakey's Colouring Competitions

1. Shakin’ it Limited’s colouring competitions are open to all UK residents, excluding its employees and their families.
2. Where a timeframe is stipulated, entries must be handed in to a Shakin’ it employee within the timeframe stipulated on the colouring competition pdf or Shakin’ it website.
3. Shakin’ it is not liable for entries that are late or damaged.
4. Winners will be selected at random.
5. The prize is as stated and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
6. Shakin’ it Limited reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability due to circumstances beyond its control.
7. There is no cash alternative.
8. Winners will be notified via the email address or telephone number written on the colouring competition pdf print-out.
9. Shakin' it is committed to safeguarding the privacy of customers and ensuring compliance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). Please refer to our Privacy Policy on this website for further information.
10. By entering this competition, the winner (or parent or guardian) agrees that their personal data may be held on computer but will not be kept longer than is necessary. Data will be used to communicate about the competition and related activity; it will not be disclosed to third parties or shared with any other companies. 
11. By entering Shakey’s colouring competitions, the winner (or parent or guardian) consents to the use of any publicity generated as a result of the competition and subsequent use on websites, in print and in any other digital media, without further consent or payment. 
12. Shakin' it will only use images of the competition entry colouring page for publicity purposes after removing any personal information.
13. Any image of individuals receiving prizes or invited to Shakin' it as part of a prize will not be used without specific consent from the winner (or parent or guardian).
14. If the winner does not respond to Shakin’ it Limited within 14 days of email notification, Shakin’ it Limited reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
